General Information


Yes, our showroom is located in West Jakarta.

We are open on Monday to Friday (9.30 AM - 4.30 PM), 5 days a week. We are not open on holidays.

Furnicon provides various kinds of office furniture needs such as chairs, office desks and file cabinets etc.

You can contact our customer support team via phone, mobile (call/WA) or email and we will send you brochure.

Order Information


Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information.
To place your order, choose the specification you want, enter the quantity and then click "ADD TO INQUIRY".
You will be directed into cart section where you can modify the product quantity, add some notes and if you want to select other product to be placed on your cart please choose "UPDATE CART".

Before clicking “Proceed To Checkout”, please check your order details carefully.
After clicking “Proceed To Checkout”, please fill the form required such as your identity, contact etc. and then click "CHECK OUT".

Your inquiry is finaly sent and will be processed by our team.

You can contact our customer support team by phone, mobile phone (call/WA) or email as provided in our website.

After you send us your completed inquiry form, we will respond to you regarding the detail produts including the stock avaibility.

We will suggest to similar product or you can indent the product.

We will contact you if the item becomes available. Furnicon does not accept payment for items that are out of stock.

Delivery Information


Delivery costs are dependent on your location and products on your order. We will send you the information based on your detail inquiry products and address in the inquiry form.

Yes we can fulfill that with terms and conditions apply

It depends on your inquiry, the item and models. We need more time to process some particular item especially for customisable products and products in large quantities

Yes it can, however additional assembly cost may be applied for some product.

Payment information


- We gladly accept Bank Transfer.

Currently, we do not support Cash on Delivery option.

After you send us your completed inquiry form, we send you detail of payment including bank account number.

After Sales Information


Yes, instructions will accompany the item.

Yes we provide warranty, the duration depends on the item and model.se.
